Fulfillment

What is fulfillment?
Fulfillment is the process of taking an order, making it (as in printing, stitching etc.) and preparing the item to be delivered to its intended customer. This may be called Print On Demand or Made On Demand, which is producing the product from start to finish once an order is placed.
How long are fulfillment times?

For T-shirts, Hats, Coffee Mugs, Posters:
It takes about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts, hats) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products (posters, coffee mugs). Then you would add shipping times on top of that.

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

We provide tracking for t-shirts, hats, posters, coffee mugs. All orders delivered within the United States by USPS have full tracking available!

For DVDs and Blu-rays:
The turn-around time for DVDs and Blu-rays can range from same day to 2 days after the order has been placed. Most of the time, the product is shipped the same day as the order is placed. Then add shipping times to this fulfillment window. The DVDs and Blu-Rays are produced in the UK.

Are fulfillment products low quality?

All of our Print On Demand products are made with the highest quality material using the best printing technology.

What is Ring-Spun?

You may ask, what’s the difference between ring-spun cotton and standard cotton?
Ring-spun cotton is made by continuously twisting and thinning the cotton strands, which makes a very fine rope of cotton fibers. Due to this process, ring-spun cotton results in a stronger weave and a significantly softer feel.

Print Care Instructions?

• Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
• Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.
• Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.
• Do not dry clean.

Returns

What’s your return policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do you pay for return shipping for returns?

If the product is being returned because of a fault on our end, then we will cover return shipment 100%.

My item is damaged, what do I do?

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged,
then please get in touch with us within a week’s time at refund@debtofmaximillian.com so we
can send you perfectly new item on our dime.

I was sent the wrong size, can I get the right size?

If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment
matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was
mislabeled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out.

know what your next steps are.

What can’t I return?

Downloadable products (i.e downloadable movie)
Streaming products (i.e. rental movie)

What about partial refunds?

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
DVD or Blu-Ray that has been opened.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Shipping

How long before I get my T-shirt, Hat, Coffee Mug, Poster?

Producing Print On Demand products takes 2-7 business days (normally 3 business days). Add this to the shipping times below.

USA: 6-8 business days to receive the product in your mailbox
Canada: 8-13 business days to receive the product in your mailbox
World: 8-23 business days to receive the product in your mailbox (for non-EU locations, it usually takes extra long to receive your package)

The point of delivery originates normally from California or North Carolina for North American deliveries. And for European deliveries, they are normally sent from Riga, Latvia.

Do you provide tracking?

For T-shirts, Hats, Coffee Mugs, Posters:
Yes, we do! Orders shipping with the overnight, express, and standard methods will always have tracking available. Meanwhile, orders shipped out with the economy, no rush, or flat rate method may not have tracking available.

For DVD and Blu-Ray:
No tracking number is provided for DVD and Blu-Ray products. Check the FAQ question under Shipping titled “How long before I get my DVD / Blu-Ray?” for estimated shipping times. If you believe your package was lost in the mail, then check the FAQ question under Shipping titled “What if my order is lost in the mail?.”

How long before I get my DVD / Blu-Ray?

Producing Disc On Demand products takes 1-2 business days (normally 1 business day). Add this to the shipping times below.

USA: 7-10 business days to receive the product in your mailbox
Canada: 7-10 business days to receive the product in your mailbox
UK: 1-3 business days to receive the product in your mailbox
Europe: 5-7 business days to receive the product in your mailbox
World: 7-10 business days to receive the product in your mailbox

The point of delivery originates in the UK – so the closer you are, the faster you’ll get your product!

What if the order is lost in the mail?

For DVD and Blu-Ray:
No tracking number is provided. Therefore, refer to the delivery threshold (below) as a guide when to contact Edit House (info@edithouse.co.uk), the producer of the product.

USA: 15 business days to receive the product in your mailbox
Canada: 15 business days to receive the product in your mailbox
UK: 8 business days to receive the product in your mailbox
Europe: 12 business days to receive the product in your mailbox
World: 15 business days to receive the product in your mailbox

If you haven’t received your DVD or Blu-Ray by the time frame listed above based on your shipping address, then please contact the supplier directly (Edit House – info@edithouse.co.uk) and provide them with your name and order number so they can resend your product ASAP. We’ll cover the shipping cost.

For T-shirt, Hat, Coffee Mug, Poster:
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that your shipping address was correct and that you double checked with your local post office to locate the lost order.

If the shipping address was correct and you’ve checked that the package wasn’t placed elsewhere at your address, then get in touch with us at refund@debtofmaximillian.com noting your order number. We’ll see what can be done.

If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If tracking information states an order was delivered, but you don’t think you have received it, again please check that the package wasn’t placed elsewhere at your address. We will not take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

How quickly are packages delivered?

For T-shirts, Hats, Coffee Mugs, Posters:
Here are the shipping times for each shipping method we offer:
Overnight: next day delivery in the US
Express: 1-3 business days in the US, Canada, and internationally
Standard: 3-5 business days in the US and internationally, 3-6 days in Canada
Economy: 5-8 business days in the US, 6-12 days in Canada, 5-10 days internationally
No rush: 10-20 business days internationally

For DVD/Blu-Ray:
Only standard service available using Royal Mail and UPS.
Delivery to UK – 1-3 Working Days
Delivery to Europe – 5-7 working days
Delivery to rest of the world – 7-10 working days

If I choose a faster shipping rate, will you fulfill my order faster too?

This will only apply to T-shirts, Hats, Coffee Mugs, Posters:
Yes, that’s true! All orders shipping with the overnight delivery method for domestic orders will automatically be marked as priority in our system and bumped up in the fulfillment queue. For international shipments, orders with the express delivery method will be marked as priority.
